I tried the salon for the first time as the reviews were positive which i doubt now, if left by genuine customers. I went to get natural brown color balayage and went from dark brown hair color to brassy orange colour.
This is not the first time i got balayage and know from past experience that she completely ruined my hairs. I clearly showed her picture how i wanted and explained in detail what I used on my hair in the past and what I wanted to achieve. My hair turned brassy orange (looked burnt) ! That's not even the worst, my hair was a disgusting, greasy mess!
I had to pay extra to redone the damage. Even the colorist at another saloon couldn't fix it as my hairs were really damaged and porous by the bleach she used. I am very upset as i got my balayage before going on holiday.
Great customer service but have zero skill to do balayage.
