The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I was very happy with the Balayage I had, and it looked very natural. I've rated it a 4 due to the fact that since I have washed my hair, the brown added to my roots has turned a little orange/red, so I am probably still going to end up with obvious roots which is what I was trying to avoid! It also looks like I have had layers cut in, which I did not want.
However, overall this was very good value for money, and I felt that the hairdresser understood what I wanted.
