I’m very satisfied with the service at this salon. The stylist has a very god knowledge and very well knowing of what to do and how to deal with clients. Thank you again for this amazing Ombré dye and definitely will come back, good value x

first, I've booked my ombre with the main hair colour specialist, and was someone else who did my hair.
The colour dye fail and after I've showed a picture of how I would like the fringe, it end up totally different... at the end they charged me 10 pounds extra because they said it wasnt an ombre, it was a balayage.
They should have said that before done my hair, explain everything to the client, not just charge something extra after all. It was a bad experience for me.
