first, I've booked my ombre with the main hair colour specialist, and was someone else who did my hair.
The colour dye fail and after I've showed a picture of how I would like the fringe, it end up totally different... at the end they charged me 10 pounds extra because they said it wasnt an ombre, it was a balayage.
They should have said that before done my hair, explain everything to the client, not just charge something extra after all. It was a bad experience for me.

I would definitely recommend this salon! Overall it was a good experience and good value for money. Sylvia understood exactly what I wanted and gave me a great haircut. I was also surprised by the blow dry, my hair is thick and most hairdressers don’t even try to get it right to save time. Sylvia was a professional!
