I arrived on time and my appointment was delayed by 45 mins as the technician had booked the previous client in for extra services. The manicure took over an hour and she used a mechanical tool that she hadn’t used before which made my cuticles bleed and scarred 3 of my nail beds. The gel manicure also cracked the next day. Highly disappointed as a first time client and the service was not up to quality standards.

Hi,
I would like to share my second experience at SLS nails & beauty, 1 week distance between.
What I really like about Loredana is the fact that she's paying attention to details, she's having top products on the market, you can't find better than this. Everytime I do a deep research about any service and products I buy, and Loredana provides all this. I travel between 1h5mins & 1h30mins to get Loredana's service.
I'm more than pleased and happy I've found her.
