Very friendly conversational woman who gave me very useful I formation about different types of wax and treatments for my skin type. Very relaxing, didn’t hurt at all and my threshold for pain isn’t usually very good. Would highly recommend this salon because I’ve had awful experiences before elsewhere with hot wax with staff not able to remove the hot wax properly but this salon are amazing, quick and painless
