So booked an appointment and was told to wait outside so understanding it's the first day of non essential retail opening I waited about 10-15mins after my appointment time , only to go in and basically been forgotten about . I'm not convinced I saw Sita so this does not reflect her but the girl I did see didn't speak to me at all and didn't discuss how I usually have my eyebrows threaded so just went for it , overall they're thinner than I would like! Talk to your customers !!

I had anneba for my leg waxing and she was so assuring as it was my first time waxing my legs. She did a great job and ensured I was comfortable. Will definitely be going back for future appointments.
