Terrible and painful! I had a therapist i didn’t book with as the one I wanted decided she didn’t want to do the treatment. This therapist Prety, didn’t seem to know what she was doing. It’s been 4 days since my Hollywood wax and this is the first time ever I’m in such pain - NEVER GOING BACK!

I was swapped between two people doing my nails. The first person made me bleed, second person really messed up my nails. Filed one to far into my nail and it broke and all she done was add some acrylic powder and told me not to use that hand, I'm left handed so that's a bit hard. It took two and a half hours to just do normal polish. It's never taken that long. I won't be returning there.
