The person that blows my hair leave me wait for around 45 minutes while she attended another person. It was my birthday and I was late for my birthday party 😡 Also she were so rude. She scratched my head in the washing and burned my hair with the blower. If that is enough she told me that I had to pay 10£ extras because my hair was longer and she only accept cash and I paid online. I paid that and I think it’s completely unfair. I felt upset with the experience. I will never return there

Fantastic service as always. Staff are friendly and helpful. I am disabled and they seem to know exactly what to do to make things easy for me without making a fuss.
Also the price is an absolute bargain.
