Mia barely trimmed my toenails, I had to ask her to trim them again. She did snip at cuticles. Then , as my chosen colour was not available I had to choose a second choice. I waited for 20 mins after appt for them to cure but one toe smudged so the spa manager re varnished it.
A mini pedicure only consists of nail / cuticle trim and polish, nothing else, not value for money at £28, they have cut right back on this service, not even a foot wash, so sadly that was my last visit ☹️

The massage I booked was a full body, wasn’t advertised as a light Swedish massage . The therapist couldn’t go firmer as she wasn’t “trained”

I know the club as I used to be a member but have only ever had one treatment there some years ago. The facial was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend. I had never had a hot stone massage only a normal massage many times both in UK and all over the world. It was very good but for me I prefer the normal body massage
