Olivia is a lovely giirl! Very thoughtful and caring. She is extremely good at her job and puts you at ease. She discusses with you what you want and I was very pleased with the results of my eyebrow wax and tint.
I would love to have a facial done by her in the near future!

I’m a known customer here & always enjoy my spa days & the chef steps up to assist with my 2 intolerances also which is really good. Shame the hot tub has disappeared though!

Really lovely surroundings. Spa quiet as it was a week day. Lovely abd chilled.
The bar area where we had afternoon tea was a bit noisy but all the staff there and in the spa area were lovely.
The afternoon tea was lovely too.

Really great experience. Olivia was welcoming and professional. The whole experience was a real treat. However, it was very expensive....how about if you have one treatment you get the second half price
