We had an enjoyable day with a lovely lunch. Staff were considerate and friendly while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
Our treatments were also very professional and Olivia is a very caring and considerate therapist
We have been before but the pool area was not functioning properly this time due to a
faulty heater . We had been advised in advance and could have postponed but decided it would not impact to much on our day. We would definitely go again.

Although I had a call from a spa staff member regarding the condensation problem in the pool prior to our visit, I didn’t realise how bad it actual was - I thought it was as something that had only just happened but upon asking two friends who have been to skylark in the past, both said it’s been going on for a while & they had the same experience- I think something really needs to be done before I ever visit again -such a shame as everything else was good.
