Overall I liked that place but was a bit disappointed with spa facilities -dated and didn't work properly jacuzzi and steam room,sauna Sauna should be more hot but steam room was too hot, couldn't sit on bench, jacuzzi some of Jett's didn't work.Staff was very friendly, good food and beautiful nature outside.

Unfortunatley on arrival we were told the heaters were broken in the pool room so we were advised we may not want to relax around the pool and to be aware of the drips from the ceiling due to condensation. I know these things cannot be helped but we were so disappointed as it was my birthday trip. Pool area/sauna steam room really does need a refurb but ok for swimming but not ok to relax in. Back and neck massage was ok however didn’t enjoy when focusing on the knots in my back.

Lovely treatments & staff. The lunch was delicious and service fast. Nice pool, jacuzzi etc. Our only complaint is the conservatory ceiling in the pool area constantly drips on you therfore you & belongings get soaked which is annoying and uncomfortable.
