Although I had a call from a spa staff member regarding the condensation problem in the pool prior to our visit, I didn’t realise how bad it actual was - I thought it was as something that had only just happened but upon asking two friends who have been to skylark in the past, both said it’s been going on for a while & they had the same experience- I think something really needs to be done before I ever visit again -such a shame as everything else was good.

The staff was amazing but unfortunately the venue was let down by extremely wet loungers pool side, sauna was no where near hot enough and overall feel wasn't that relaxing. Good quiet room but no offers of tea or coffee.
Lovely lady at reception did discount then in the end took off the payment of the facilities as she did admit it wasn't up to standard.
Do believe some work needs to be done to improve overall.
