The staff are very helpful and polite. The treatments, body massage and facial, were excellent and very relaxing. The only slight issue was the temperature in the pool room. It was stifling, although the pool itself was a perfect temperature. The staff did apologise for this and explained some of the problems they gave in keeping it the right temperature. An enjoyable experience.
