Charlotte was brilliant as always, my gel nails turned out great and my Swedish massage was incredible. I let Charlotte know I was sore from the gym the day before and I need my muscles really worked out and she did just that and still made it relaxing and peaceful experience.

The staff were absolutely lovely, the bar staff and therapist in particular. Treatment was so relaxing. The only feedback I have is the hot tub is not hot and the jets weren’t really working, and the pool area looks a bit tired. Food was fantastic would definitely come again
