The booking we made in advance (confirmed via email) was changed by the country club, we weren't told until after we had arrived and paid for the day. We were eventually able to get the treatments & lunch we had originally booked but not at the the times we had asked for and not together. I raised this with the country club and the reply I got was awful, as if I should have known which members of staff worked which days and how their computer system worked. I wouldn't go there again.

We had a lovely brunch and a facial to celebrate Mother’s Day. The food was excellent and the staff was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our facials. The only slight criticism, is that there is quite a lot of people in and out of the relaxation area, which is not very relaxing. It won’t stop us going back though.
