The spa was a little chilly in all areas except the steam room, which was great. The jacuzzi was a disappointment - not a lot of bubbles going on there and not that hot either. The roof needs seeing too, lots of mould and you get dripped on! The food was amazing. Staff great but the spa needs some money spent on it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable there; the massage with Charlotte was wonderful. She was so friendly. The swimming pool was a fantastic size; and the sauna and steam room were amazing. The only reason for a lost star was the hot tub; it was not very hot; and the pole/rail next to the step to get in was encrusted with rust. The layout of the changing room meant only one bench had coat hooks which was already filled with people’s stuff who didn’t use the lockers.
