Unfortunately this is one of the worst spa days we have had. On arrival we were told the hot tub was broken , £10 per person was taken off the final bill but this then left us with a pool with no view just dirty looking windows the room was so bright you felt like you needed sunglasses and the steam room and sauna was too hot to even enter ( we weren’t the only ones to say this ) service and atmosphere in the restaurant wasn’t great we got our first drink and no opportunity to get another

I really enjoyed my spa day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the bar/restaurant waitress. The lunch was excellent and really good value. The facilities were all good and overall it was a very relaxing experience.

The steam room was out of order. There is a bit of a musty smell in the pool room and changing rooms. Service was very good however and food was lovely. Enjoyed the day.

Upon arrival we were informed the jacuzzi had just been cleaned and was being re filled with water, it was freezing cold and unable to get into until 4pm and when we did get in although the water may have been changed the shell itself hadn’t been.
The steam room was out of order all day.
The whole spa looks run down and in need of a good clean.
Shame as skylark left with me great memories from my wedding day which have now been slightly tinted.
