There was only a man there and I felt very awkward and he seemed a bit rude with no hello so didn't feel very welcoming and didn't take my coat or give me protective jacket like most places do. I had my hair washed water was cold, gave me head massage and had hair cut then ended up blow drying which was good which I guess made up for the rest.
