There was miscommunication and the result of the headlights (full head) was very poor, not much difference compared to 4 hours before the treatment started.

Q really is the best hairdresser in London. I have received so many compliments on my hair since I’ve been going to her. The cut is always perfect and she is extremely knowledgeable- she knows the answer to any hair related question and has taught me some useful tips and tricks. I cannot recommend her enough
