AVOID! Horrible experience.Chris treated my hair very roughly, pulling it and hurting my scalp, all while complaining for 3h straight about how he didn't want to be doing this booking (as if he was doing me some sort of favour and I hadn't paid hundreds of pounds). The results? Very visible roots, 5 different tones of clearly patchy yellows over my head (yellows, not blondes) and they pushed me into a haircut I didn't want only to leave me with an uneven mess and an extra £70 out of pocket

Fabulous highlights from Q! Super natural looking. She was precise applying the colour and whilst I have used this salon for many year it was my first time having Q for colour. 10/10 from me for her. Will book her again!
