Wow. The best facial I have ever had; I've rebooked for two weeks time. My skin has visibly improved and I bought some of the products for home. I'm a convert!

The good news is that the facial was excellent in delivering good results: a very clear and toned skin. Most importantly it was the least painful blackhead extraction I have ever experienced. The bad news is that their customer service experience left a lot to be desired. Secondly I received a call asking me to go 15min later than the time I had booked because of client overflow and when I arrived I was told I was late! When I explained that I simply followed the instructions from their call there was no apology. Even worse they finished my treatment 15 earlier as they had another client straight after me. I understand there was an issue with their timings but that was not my fault. I received no apology nor any compensation for the shorter treatment I received. I expected more from them given the location and how expensive the facials are. Thirdly it did not feel like a luxurious experience at all. The beautician was rushed and she was just slapping things on my face. I certainly had much better facials in terms of feeling pumpered. Would I go back? Yes I would perhaps 1-2 times a year to have a good blackhead removal but I'll be looking for another place to be visiting more frequently for a pampering experience.

Thorough facial including extractions, left skin fresh with no redness. A little expensive but the spa is beautiful and luxurious.

Rowan was very professional and went above and beyond to advise me on general skin health and routine. The facial itself was extremely thorough and the results were fantastic. Ill be going back.

Facial was great! Amazing experience, very knowledgable, skin is much better. Technician was wonderful. Beautiful spa. I will go again.
