Really beautiful spa in a good location. The facial was amazing and my skin looked really good afterwards and it was all round lovely relaxing treatment.

Loved the venue and the staff but thought that the treatment itself was a bit underwhelming. Given the price and reputation, I expected more from this treatment.

Sometimes facials can feel like someone's just giving your face a clean with tinkly music in the background- totally achievable at home, if you had some nice products and could be bothered. Not this one. Thorough extractions and a zinc/vit C treatment that penetrates deep into the skin. Rowan's expertise couldn't be replicated at home. What's more, there was no hard sell on products. She didn't scoff at the fact I used body shop at home, rather just recommended I use a different product from the same range that might suit my skin type better. A great treatment at an eye-watering price, but worth the treat if you can afford it.
