I came in for a trim of my dead ends & have left with very short, choppy layers in my hair which does not suit my facial shape. 🥲 someone actually commented and asked if I’d had a mullet cut in. Really not what I expected to come out of my cut given the past reviews. Alex was a great stylist but just cut my hair to his taste & not the actual trim I wanted.
