Very happy as I never had nails before

The room was dirty and no towels were provided. The room for waxing had a door with no handle/lock and the lady was not professional overall. She took way longer than expected and made the experience more painful than it should have been. I have patches of hair left that I need to razor off when I get home, also need to wash off the remnants of wax that should have been cleaned during the session.

I have decided that Alex is the best hairdresser in Edinburgh. He tailored my appointment to what suited my hair and my needs and so I left my appointment feeling 10x better than I expected. Highly recommend!
