I was in and out in 10 minutes for a 30 minute appointment. The Hollywood wax was very rushed which made it more painful. There was no care or fines and definitely no attention to detail. I was left with a LOT of residual hair that I had to painfully take care of myself at home (defeats the entire purpose of a wax). The room was crammed and not clean. The bathroom doesn’t have a sink.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place despite the banter.

Alex was wonderful! He was passionate, friendly and kind. He took the time to make me feel comfortable with getting my hair cut in a new place, explained the techniques he used and knew exactly how to manage my very curly, very thick hair. Further, he listened to what I wanted to do and was knowledgable in offering feedback. All around, he was wonderful and I’ll be going back in future for colour and future cuts! Would highly recommend!
