In manicure, 4 fingers damaged badly with cuticle nipper. My friends were shocked + said I should ask for a refund which I felt fair. I emailed, explained, sent photos + requested refund. The owner said that ‘this can happen’. Owner offered a special product to heal skin + to fix nails that had been done messily and were bumpy. I explained I was not comfortable going back + used antiseptic. The salon ‘don’t offer refunds’. I have sore bleeding fingers and nails that chipped + lifted 4 days on.
