Alisha is very lovely and she removed my previous extensions prior to the Russian lashes. The experience was painful in certain moments and Alisha did apologise. But I was worried about but lashes that came out during the process. Steph, the owner said it’s normal for pain to occur during lash removal and also for lashes to fall out. I never had that experience before and I just recently had my lashes removed my a Lash tech in London. Zero discomfort and my own lashes are intact.
