Steph is the best !! She is very knowledgable, talented and most importantly cares. She listens to you, explains what she is doing, why she is doing it and if they are achievable. If not on the first visit explains why your goals will take more than one visit. But unlike most people its not for money its for you !! I cannot recommend Steph highly enough xx
