My necklace went missing when I attended here. It had sentimental value to me. I am deaf and clearly told the therapist as much when she asked me to remove the necklace I handed it to her and she says she “put it in my shoe”. She said she told me this knowing I couldn’t hear her. Terrible customer service no apology given and when I asked for them to look for it or call the therapist to find out where she put it they were rude standoffish and put me on hold.
