The whole experience felt so calming, mainly because of the lovely vibe of the Kathrin doing my facial. She is gentle, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. It didn’t feel rushed or clinical—more like being taken care of by someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit.
