I have been avoiding facials for years because I have such sensitive skin. But Kathryn reassured me that she could design a bespoke treatment that would be OK. She wasn't wrong, I've had two treatments now and not only are they lovely and relaxing, but my skin looks and feels so great afterwards. Kathryn is so knowledgeable, but also a calm and reassuring presence, you can't help but feel you are in safe hands. I'd 100% recommend, especially if you have sensitive skin like me!

Gorgeously relaxing experience at SkinLab with Kathryn. She is incredibly talented and has fantastic attention to detail - a real skin wizard. I’m an aesthetic doctor and obsessed with skincare, but I don’t get time to have many facials, so when I do I want one that is science backed and gives real results. My skin is glowing after my first Crystal Retinal facial! Highly recommend. The space is stunning - clean, comfy and so tranquil. Perfect for the treatments she offers.
