The girls were really nice, very chatty and good company. Sadly their working condition were poor, the heater hadn’t been working for 2 days and everybody was freezing. However they did their best to make the costumer feel in a warm place given the conditions.
The treatments I received were good value and I would come again. Hopefully the issues encountered have been dealt with by now.

I went for the indian head, full body and feet massage. My appointment started 20 mins late and was only an hour instead of 1 hr 15 mins. My main concern at first was the state of the white wooden massage table. It creaked and groaned everytime the therapist touched me. It killed the ambience as I was anxious the table would collapse! As a common decency to your customers, please invest in comfortable and professional equipment. The therapist was heavy handed, she did go softer when I asked. I would have rated her much higher however for the last day, I have a very painful left arm and numbness in my fingers. I think she has trapped a nerve in my arm. This isn't of a professional standard. Pay more and go to a real expert.

I was at first excited to get this treatment and the girl was lovely and chatty, I left almost perfectly pleased with my new shellac nails. 3 hours later, after doing no work that would have compromised my nails, the whole nail polish was simply peeled itself halfway and then easily fell off. I was not going to let this affect my review but 4 hours later 4 more nails did the same thing .. leaving me to conclude that the nail polish was not applied well (i.e. too thickly). What should have lasted me 2 weeks, ended up coming off in less than 12 hours ...

I can’t even express how good it was! Maryan was so lovely and very knowledgeable and she’s made me feel so much better and much less tense! I will be back and I will be telling everyone how great it is!
