I can say this was the worst massage I've ever had. And I've had quite few. It was painful, no technique, not relaxing, the room was cold and I left covered in oil. The only good thing about it was music.

The lady who did the Hollywood waxing was lovely, caring and gentle. There was some hair left at the end and when I showed her, she removed it straight away, which left me with a good impression. The bed, however, was very wobly and I was scared of falling or breaking it while on it. The floor could have been more clean, too. Overall, a great service with small details to improve.
