The ambience is not very good at all. When I got there, the room had very old wax on the side from another treatment and the blanket on the table which I was told to put over me had holes in it. I could hear the radio That reception was listening to as well as the annoying low battery beeping from the smock alarm through the wall thus ruining the tranquility that a massage should bring. Also, the masseuse didn’t ask what pressure or wanted or specific areas I wanted to focus on. She just went for it and often hurt me. She didn’t even introduce herself or ask how it was throughout or afterwards. She walked in, did her job, walked out. Absolutely no bedside manner at all. The service was greatly lacking. They were sweet enough, but not very attentive or relaxing.
