I had a good experience with my manicure here today! I had a really nice chat with my therapist - I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name - and she made me feel very welcome and at ease. The nails did take a lot longer than advertised but she apologised to me for this and I didn’t mind at all. Maybe just something to be aware of if you are in a rush.
