Sam was a lovely, friendly and skilled therapist. Only issues, was there was nobody on reception and they were running 20 minutes late. Luckily I didn't have plans afterwards so didn't mind waiting. The wax was so neat and perfect at the end. Only issue was I had one patch of red where the wax was too hot for my skin. The eyelash tint was really well done, only issue I had was that I like therapists to stay in the room and do something extra like a hand massage while you are waiting for the tint to be complete, here they do just walk out of the room.
