The place was clean and nice, the girl that did my nails was actually super lovely and sweet, but she was pretty slow and towards the end of my treatment told me it was her first week and she had only just qualified. The base coat she applied was so dry there was basically nothing on my nails. The top coat is a real mess, she has missed lots of bits of my nails and you can see where it's dragged across and it started to chip the next day! Real shame as she was so sweet but really disappointed with the final result.
