The lady was very calm and friendly. I had to wait a few minutes but there were lots of magazines to keep me entertained. She explained all of the positions clearly for the tanning. The only thing to make the experience even better would have been to have a dryer of some sort to quicken up the drying process. After ten minutes of just standing, I wasn't convinced it was dried but she was very reassuring and it was in fact fine. You just MUST avoid water and baggy clothes are an absolute must.

The tan took a long time to develop (8 hours) considering it was supposed to be ‘express’. When I’ve had st tropez before the express took much shorter. They also missed patches and didn’t seem to really know what they were doing in terms of coverage - it was all a bit random. Overall the service was not great either and my treatment was late.
