Unfortunately whilst the massage was very good and the masseuse friendly, my experience was not very good. She was the only therapist working that day which meant that she had locked the main door whilst she was with another client so I had to wait outside the shop for 20 minutes having no idea what was going on or if my appointment still existed. She had to leave the massage again at the end to let in the next client. I know it wasn’t her fault, but it meant that going into the massage I was not relaxed due to the waiting around and confusion. There was also no apology. It also made the ambience of the place not good knowing there was no one else in the building and the door was locked.
