Booked a relaxing massage but it was quite the opposite. The masseuse applied a lot of pressure and when I asked for her to reduce it she said that’s the best way. So essentially I received a deep tissue massage which was quite painful instead of the relaxing massage that I booked. In addition the treatment room felt very clinical with no music or relaxing lighting and the room itself was very cold. I did not feel relaxed at all.
