Unfortunately, I wasn't happy at all. Despite I appreciated the technician's effort to make me feel comfortable, I must say the whole process was very slow (1h30!) and not at professional standards. The tools (nail clippers, cuticle pusher, etc) were not kept in disinfectant water; the shellac lamp was dirty (could see other people's fingerprints), and the way the nail polish was applied did not look professional, in fact, it was left uneven and full of air bubbles.

Sam normally does my waxing, but this time I had Evelina - she’s great. It had been 4 months since my last Hollywood, so was dreading the experience, but Evelina made it as pain-free as possible and was done in 20 mins - very quick!

While Demi was lovely, I am not impressed with my nails. Some are shorter than others, my cuticles were not cleaned correctly, and the nail polish application isn’t even. The salon didn’t feel Covid safe either as many people were not wearing masks properly and there were no Covid measures in place. I wasn’t convinced the tools used on my nails had been properly disinfected either as the nail files definitely looked like they had been used and not cleaned before. Will definitely not come back.
