The salon itself was pleasant and clean, and the therapist was polite and friendly. However, I felt the treatment lacked professionalism and expertise. The therapist didn’t seem very knowledgeable and wasn’t very informative throughout the appointment, which left me feeling a bit unsure and disappointed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more guidance and confidence from a professional beauty therapist.
