I was on the hunt for a new wax lady. So I was already going into my appointment with high hopes but Jessica over exceeded my expectations. She was so friendly, professional and comforting. But what impressed me the most was just how thorough she was, she didn't leave a single strand of hair, which has happened to me before with other waxers. And she also waxed outside the area of the Hollywood wax area, to make sure that everything was gone! I have already recommended her to my friends as well!
