The treatment was my first time. From the off Jess was professional, and welcoming. Jess talked me through each step of the process as she went along. Nice soothing atmosphere, with mellow sounds playing in the background. A cosey warm heated heated blanket on the bed which was a nice touch. Quick & efficient. Easy to find and park. Treatment worked well, even on my short lashes!
