The procedure was of average quality. After steaming my face, she washed it with cleanser and began using the extraction device. She was only focusing on cleaning my nose, whereas I expected her to clean my entire face, since I have a blackheads on my chin that was not touched. I'm guessing the lighting was poor, making it difficult to see what's going on on the face. Jessica was quiet the entire time and I was interested in learning more about skincare, products, skin conditions, etc.
