I was on a bed with my feet in a bowl of water would of been more comfortable on a comfy chair, and at the end of the pedicure the beautician did not wipe the bottom of my feet and there was so much moisturiser on my feet when i stepped outside of shop my feet slipped in my flip flops 3 of my freshly painted nails was ruined. waste of £34

Lovely salon, very nice staff. Nail technician was fantastic and my nails are so gorgeous! Very disappointed with the massage, it wasn’t at the standard of a professional unfortunately. I wasn’t asked what pressure I would like and it felt like the hands were just going around in circles which was slightly odd. I just feel at £58 it was not worth this. I felt too embarrassed to comment at the time and would never want someone to feel that they had done a poor job but I know I would want to know
