Had a great eyelash lift here, took a lot less time and than it usually does in other places and the results have lasted well. The lady doing the treatment was great - very professional and friendly. However I decided to have threading while I was there (which was also great) and when I went to pay, the lady at reception insisted I go to the cashpoint and pay in cash as “there are too many fees and it’s not worth it to pay £8 using card”. So I went to the cashpoint in the pouring rain. Great treatment but as a business you either accept card or you don’t. Paying card fees is part of the expenses you should expect as a business and if you don’t want to pay them then just don’t accept card. Don’t expect your customers to go out of their way to help you avoid expense.
