I was a bit concerned that it might be painful. Helen numbed my brows first, it was absolutely fine, no pain at all. I absolutely love the result. It is incredible. Helen is a perfectionist.

I booked a lash lift (my first!), and a signature brow. Helen was very thorough, making sure I'd had a patch test, & talking to me about lifts (the first time feels very strange). After talking to me, she decided to change my treatment slightly to give me the best experience, and I am thrilled with the results. She gave me what was easily the best brow shape a professional ever has (no scouse brows here), and talked me through all the aftercare I would need to prolong the results. I'll be back!
